Welcome to the last part of this series! If you have not already read the other three parts, check them out here:
So, in the other three parts to this series, I gave you some examples to help you begin making a difference in the world. I started with being kind and loving others, then loving yourself, and finding what sparks your passion. Today is going to be the conclusion to this series, and I'm going to just write all about making a difference!
The main reason I decided to write this series was to show you that you can make a difference, and I didn't know how this series would turn out, but I hope you learned something from it.
If you're just living your life, and going about each day just living, but not doing anything to fulfill God's plan for your life, life just becomes a cycle that goes over and over again. When you decide to make a difference, even if it is a small one, you step out of your comfort zone to be seen and heard by people you might not even know. I started this blog expecting to be sharing it with strangers, and I'm writing a book for people I don't know. To me, that's stepping out of your comfort zone because I'm not a very outgoing person, and I don't like to interact with strangers that much. But if you're a follower of God, you sometimes have to go out of your comfort zone just to be able to preach, and let people know who God is!
We weren't just born on this Earth to go to school, get good grades, go to parties, have people over to eat, play video games. We actually have a purpose, and that purpose is to honor God through everything we do. We are called to share His Word and tell others about Him!
That's why making a difference is so important. When you preach God's Word, and it reaches many people, you never know how it might affect them. Some people who have never heard of God before might hear you preach, and become intrigued, and want to study His Word. That's why we need to act, and do what God has called us to do. This why I called this series "making a difference." It's because when we honor and listen to God, and spread His Word, we ARE making a difference, even if it doesn't seem like it. If you're following God and letting others know who He is, then it could affect so many people in a positive way, and make them want to love and follow Him too.
So, this week, find yourself, find what sparks your passion, and learn to love and be kind to others so that you CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE FOR THE GREATER GOOD!!!
So, how will you make a difference this week, or in the next couple of months? ~Ella
