Hey everyone, and welcome back to my blog! So, I thought I would continue my 'why you should watch this show' series today. Let's get into it!
I'm going to start by sharing some pictures from this show before I explain what it's about and why you should watch it!

(I recommend this show for all ages)
I started reading The Babysitters Club books in middle school because my mom and aunt had read them when they were young, so I started reading them. I really like the book series a lot, and I remember being so excited that they were making it into a show. There's actually a movie that goes with the books on Amazon Prime. It's been a while since I've watched it though.
So, when this is posted, season two will already be out on Netflix. But, I'm writing this on Sunday, and it comes out on Monday.
I watched season one in like a day because it was so good! And I'm soo excited for season two! (Side note: There are a lot of cool shows coming out during fall break you should check out as well. On Wednesday, there's a Halloween movie coming out on Disney + I think. Also, another episode of Doogie Kamealoha comes out Wednesday. I already made a post on that show. I love it so much! Click this link to read about it: https://miribrooks1.wixsite.com/quoted/post/why-you-should-begin-watching-the-new-disney-show-doogie-kamealoha-m-d On Thursday, more episodes of One of Us Is Lying comes out on Peacock. That show just came out and it's based off of a book I read. It's pretty good despite some parts I didn't like. And then there's an exciting episode of Sidehustle coming on Nick Saturday. Legacies season four comes out on CW app Friday. So many good shows!)
The Babysitters Club follows Kristy Thomas, who comes up with the idea to start her own babysitters club to help mom's looking for someone to watch their kids. Later, The Babysitters Club is fully formed with Stacey, Kristy, Claudia, Mary Anne, and Dawn. The show and books follow these girls on their babysitting adventures.
Here's a show summary from Google, "The series follows the friendship and adventures of five middle-schoolers as they start a babysitting business in Stoneybrook, Connecticut."
Why you should watch The Babysitters Club:
1. Just like Good Witch, this is a very heartwarming show. There is nothing inappropriate in it, and it's just very fun to watch.
2. When you start watching this show, you will probably end up finishing it in one day because it's that good.
3. In this show, all the actors and actresses are exactly how I would see them in the books. That's one thing I really like about this show!
4. Overall, Ann M. Martin wrote the whole book series so well, and it's really cool to get to see all the characters come to life.
5. If you like reading, I recommend reading a couple of The Babysitters Club books before you start watching the show.
Fun fact: Alicia Silverstone, who played Cher in Clueless, plays Kristy's mom in The Babysitters Club
