Welcome to a new series on The Quoted blog! This series is going to have several different parts, and each part will be a different reason why you are one of a kind.
God created you.
You are one of a kind because God created you. He put so much thought into you, and you, and you. God created each one of us to be unique. You don't have the same hair color as the next person, or same hand, or same eye, or same mouth, or nose. You don't look exactly like your siblings, you don't look exactly like your parents, or friends. You are one of a kind because God created you. Even identical twins aren't all that identical. They even have differences.
Take The Parent Trap for example. In the 1998 film, The Parent Trap, Annie and Hallie are twins that were separated at birth. When they meet one another at camp, they begin to learn more about each other. Annie has long hair, and Hallie as short hair. Annie doesn't have her ears pierced, while Hallie does.
Even though doppelgangers are cool, there is a very small chance you might actually have one like Elena Gilbert, who had three in The Vampire Diaries.
God designed each one of us with a specific purpose in mind. Proverbs 16:9 says, "The heart of man plans his way, but the Lord establishes his steps."
You are not likely to come across someone who is exactly the same as you, therefore, you are one of a kind because God created you. And, His creations are lovely, and one of a kind with a unique purpose.
So, as you go about your day, remember why you are one of a kind. Also remember how important it is to be YOU because you are so unique, and special, and God loves you so much!
I plan on this being a ten day series. I'm not sure what days I will post new parts to the series yet, but it will most likely be a surprise.
