Hey everyone! I feel like today's blog post is different than what I usually post. Today, I'm going to share with you a couple of my favorite Christian music videos that have a really good story line. I'm not saying any of these of better or worse than the others when I rank them. I'm just ranking them from my favorites. These are all amazing songs, and the music videos are really good! Let's get started!
5. Truth I'm Standing On by Leanna Crawford
At number five, I have this song by Leanna Crawford. To be honest, this was my first time watching the music video and listening to the song. I really like the song, and I know there wasn't much of a story line in the music video, but I still decided to include it in this list. I'll let you watch the music video and you can decide if you like it or not.
4. Truth Be Told by Matthew West
This song is so good! I love the music video as well, and I'm glad it made this list. You can watch the music video below and see what you think!
3. God's Not Done With You by Tauren Wells
In the music video, we see a family that looks like they are getting bad news from a doctor about their child. Then, we see a couple that is getting a divorce. Then, as the music videos continues, we see the father looking at pamphlets about cancer. I'm not sure if the couple's child has cancer, or if the man or his wife does. After that, the couple getting divorced looks at their young child, probably wondering if they would regret their decision. Overall, the music video has a really interesting story line, and it helps to remind you that God is not done. He has a plan for you, and He is still writing your story. So, never give up.
Another thing I noticed about the music video is that Tauren Wells is playing a piano that has flames on it. I think that was a cool thing to add to the music video to add to the story line. It would be cool if Tauren was able to keep that piano as a memory of his music video.
2. My Jesus by Anne Wilson
At number two is one of my favorite songs. I came across the music video on YouTube about a month ago, and fell in love with it. The song is so encouraging, and I really liked the music video. The story behind the song and music video is about Anne's brother who was killed in a car accident. There's just something about songs that are written for people that we have lost. It makes the songs more memorable because they have a reason behind them. Same goes for songs dedicated to God of course. I love this song!
1. Hold On To Me by Lauren Daigle
If you know me, you probably know that I love Lauren Daigle. Her music is just phenomenal. I went to her concert for my fourteenth birthday last year, and it was so much fun! (Little side note: Johnnyswim started the concert and sang a couple of their songs. And, one of the songs they sang was Best Thing Ever I'm pretty sure, and that song ended up being used in one of my favorite movies of this year, A Week Away. Super cool, right? That is an amazing song as well!) Anyway, I love Lauren's new song, and highly recommend you add it to your playlist. I also love the story line and it's meaning of course.
That concludes today's blog post! I really hope you enjoyed it. All of these songs are really good, and once again, I'm not saying one music video is better than the other by ranking them. I just ranked my favorites in order.
Yeah, please go listen to these songs, and have a great rest of your day! Thanks for reading! ~Ella
